Commissioned by Graycliffe Homes Ltd, the iconic Yorkshire Lass public house was transformed into five modern apartments with a basement car park in just 12 weeks.

The original Yorkshire Lass public house was demolished to make way for a modern, energy-efficient residential development.

Over 1,000 m² of Amvic ICF walls were constructed, providing exceptional thermal performance and structural strength.

A waterproof structural concrete basement slab was installed, utilising crystalline waterproof concrete to ensure long-term durability. 

The project was completed from foundation to handover in just 12 weeks, demonstrating the speed and efficiency of the Amvic ICF system. 

Over 500 m² of precast hollowcore flooring was installed for the first and second floors, ensuring a robust and quick build process.
The construction of ICF stair core walls was completed by week 8, highlighting the system’s versatility and ease of installation.
