The Cromwellsfort Road site presented unique challenges due to its location on a constrained corner with limited access. Conventional building methods would have significantly increased the complexity and timeline of the project. However, by choosing Amvic ICF, the project team overcame these hurdles with ease.
The lightweight nature of the ICF simplified on-site handling, especially in a tight space.
The ICF build method required considerably less scaffolding, contributing to both safety and cost-efficiency.
The absence of heavy machinery requirements was particularly beneficial, given the access restrictions.
