Fox Meadows, a residential development comprising 126 high-performance homes, was initiated in December 2021 by Clancy Homes. Designed by GMA and structurally engineered by NJD Consulting Engineers, the project sought to balance architectural appeal, robust construction quality, and environmental sustainability – all while adhering to a tight schedule and budget.
