The development is already receiving positive feedback from project stakeholders, with the construction methodology proving advantageous in meeting both Part L Building Regulations and NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) requirements. The thermal continuity achieved by Amvic ICF has eliminated cold bridging, ensuring airtightness levels far above traditional construction benchmarks.
